This article explains how the bidder can pay for the auction by bank transfer.
We recommend paying for auctions using online banking buttons, so that the payment is forwarded to Huutokaupat.com immediately, and you don't have to wait for the payment to be logged. However, if using the online banking buttons is not possible, you can find the payment information for the account transfer by clicking on the payment link you received in your email and following these steps:
- Fill in the information requested on the first page of the payment link and proceed to page 2: Maksutapa
- Select Tilisiirto, and you will be able to open the appropriate payment information
- If you buy as a company, you can also print the invoice via the payment link. See instructions here.
Please note:
- (!) Please never pay the item to Paytrail's account or without a correct reference number. Always check the correct account and reference information in the payment instructions for your auction.
- Always pay only one item at a time and with the information of the correct item.
- Due to manual verification of the payment, it may take up to 4 business days to mark an item as paid.
- You will receive automatic payment reminders in your email until item has been marked as paid. Please ignore them.
- The auction item will not be handed over or shipped before the payment has been verified by Huutokaupat.com. You will receive an email when the payment has been verified.
