How to create an account?

You wanna make a bid? In this article you can find instructions to register and to make your first bids.  


Creating an account

  1. Please note that in order to make bids you need to be at least 18 years old 
  2. Click Kirjaudu at the top-right of the page (desktop) or on the footer (mobile), or use direct link
  3. We ask you to fill in the following information
    • Email address
    • Telephone number
    • Password
    • Address (Choose your permanent home address. This address will also be printed in sale documents. It's possible to edit the delivery address at the time of payment.)
  4. Select the type of customer. If you don't have a company, select "Yksityinen". If you want to make bids also for your company, click "Yritys" and add your business ID (y-tunnus).
    If you want to make a seller application for your company at the same, check the box "Haluan ostamisen lisäksi myös myydä yrityksenä" and fill in the company invoicing information. Enter the name of your company as the recipient of the invoice and get to know pricing. Please note that you must be registered as the company's responsible person in order to open a seller account. 
  5. After you have entered the information and clicked "Tee tunnus", site will ask you to identify yourself with your online banking credentials. You can do this later, but note that you cannot make bids until you have identified yourself. All customers are identified on our site. 
  6. To identify yourself, click "Aloita tunnistautuminen". Choose your bank, and site will guide you through. Enter your online banking ID and accept identification. When complete, you will return to
  7. Finally, check your email. You will receive a message to confirm your email address. You can confirm the email by clicking the link or by entering the activation code on website. If necessary, please check the spam and offer folders of your e-mail.
  8. Now your user ID is ready! In the future, you will log in to with the username you created. Your username is your email address.

Please note that it's your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date on If your contact information changes, you can change those in your "Oma sivu" and "Yhteystiedot".

Making bids

After creating account, you can make bids.

  • Before making bids you must familiarize yourself with the auction object and the information provided. 
  • Offers are binding. Making bids without an intention to buy is not allowed.
  • The condition, service life and upgrade possibilities of items sold as second-hand usually do not correspond to goods sold new. You can find more information about this here.
  • Purchases made by consumers are subject to the right of cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the conditions and restrictions of which are reflected in the terms of sale.
  • Items must be paid within one (1) business day after the end of the auction, unless otherwise stated in the notice.
  • Participating the auction on behalf of an other user is strictly prohibited.


Payment can (and need to) be made by given payment methods. 

In a case of Oy sale, you can pay through the service using a payment link and online banking credentials only. It is not possible to pay for the auction item in cash. In a case of Transactions between users, payment goes directly to the seller. Payment methods can be found in the section of the announcement: Maksutapa.
