This article applies to items sold as Huutokaupat.com auctions and explains how a business buyer can obtain an invoice for their company. If you have won a User-to-user item, you will receive documents from the official seller of the item. Payment instructions can be found in the article How is an item paid for?
You want an invoice for your company from a won auction
When the highest bid for an item is accepted, you will receive an email notification of your auction win and a payment link.
The payment link can be found both in the email and when logged in on the My Page, allowing you to save your company information and retrieve the invoice.
Do this:
- Log in with your username and proceed to payment
- Payment page 1. Delivery information: Select I am buying the item for business operations, a company, or another legal entity
- Fill in the requested information
- Click Continue
- On page 2. Payment method: Select Invoice
- This will bring up the invoice, which you can save or print!
Things to note when paying by invoice
When you pay for an item by invoice, it takes 1-3 business days for the payment to be registered.
The system will send you an automatic payment reminder every day until the payment has been registered.
We recommend paying for items using online banking buttons whenever possible. Online banking payments are transmitted to Huutokaupat.com immediately after payment, so you do not have to wait for the payment to be registered.
