This article explains how a buyer can obtain a receipt for an item sold as a Huutokaupat.com transaction. If you have purchased an item listed on Huutokaupat.com and sold as a User-to-user transaction, you will receive the receipt and other documents from the official seller of the transaction. From your email
The receipt and sales contract will be sent to the email address associated with your user account immediately after a successful payment.
You can search for the correct message in your email with the subject "Kuitti kohteesta: [item number]".
From the My Page section
The transaction documents are also stored in your user account.
- Log in to your user account
- Go to the My Page section
- Click Receipts and sales contracts
- This way, you can easily download the receipt for the transaction you want!
