If you receive a message saying “User blocked” when logging in, please contact Huutokaupat.com customer service for assistance using the email address or phone number registered to your user account. Please note that we can only address or process the issue if we are able to identify the person contacting us as the account holder.
A user account may be blocked from the service due to a violation of the rules, such as an unreported cancellation. Participating in an auction without the intention to purchase is prohibited. Our Terms of Use state, among other things: "The service provider has the right to block a user's access to the service if the user uses the service in violation of the terms of use, as well as for any other justified reason."
