Customer service is centralized to written channels to ensure fast service. Use the contact details saved to your account and always mention the reference number. One contact is sufficient; messages are usually answered within one business day. Chat is open 24/7, and the contact form, email, and WhatsApp messages are available. You can leave a voicemail on the answering machine on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; responses will primarily be sent via email.

To speed up processing:

  • Use the contact details saved to your account: Contact us using the email or phone number saved to your Huutokaupat.com account.
  • Reference number: Always mention the reference number related to your matter.
  • One contact is enough: Please send your message only once regarding the same issue – we process messages in the order they are received.
     

Contact form and chat (recommended, fastest way)

We respond to messages as soon as possible, usually within one business day.

  • Chat: Open every day of the year, 24/7. Please log in before starting the chat. You can open the chat from the green icon in the lower right corner (enable functional cookies if necessary).
  • Contact form: Log in and select My Page > Contact Us.

Voicemail by phone

We have an answering machine where you can leave a voicemail on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We primarily respond to phone messages via email.

  • Please state your name, a brief description of your matter, and the possible reference number in your message.
  • The maximum length of the message is 2 minutes.
  • Please leave only one voicemail; we will process them as soon as possible in the order received.
