This guide is for customers who have created a listing (Consumer Auction) as a private individual.
If you have submitted a draft for review or your auction has already been published in the consumer auction, updates to the listing can be made through the consumer auction customer service. The easiest way to request changes and/or send additional images is to reply to the "Your item has been published" email or send an email to kuluttajahuutokaupat@huutokaupat.com. In any case, please remember to provide the auction item number or draft number when contacting us.
If you want to add any information to the item, it's best to do so as soon as possible after publication. This way, all information is as up-to-date as possible and bidders know what kind of item they are bidding on. Please note, however, that if the listing has already been published, changes cannot be made to the terms of sale, starting price, or minimum increment. If something significant about the auction item comes up after the auction has been published that was not mentioned in the listing, please contact customer service promptly. We will then review together what is the most reasonable course of action for the auction.
