No worries. Most likely, your listing is just still under review.
Auctions are usually published within 1-2 days. After weekends and/or longer public holidays, it may take longer to review and publish listings.
We will contact you by email from kuluttajahuutokaupat@huutokaupat.com if we need additional information, if there is any ambiguity in the item details, or if something prevents the publication of your listing. Please check your email folders (including spam and promotions folders) if your listing has not been published and you are eagerly awaiting the start of the auction.
The most common reasons preventing publication are:
- The publisher is not the sole owner of the item in Traficom, the owner is a company or an estate, or there are multiple owners
- The item is for sale on another service (with a price)
- The listing text is insufficient
- The item has overdue vehicle taxes
- The photos are of poor quality, screenshots, copied from another seller, or there are too few photos
Once you have corrected the issue(s) preventing publication, please contact Consumer Auction customer service. We can review your listing again and, if everything is in order, publish the item as soon as possible.
