How can I leave feedback?

This article explains how you can leave feedback on an auction item you have purchased after the transaction.

 

The buyer can leave feedback via the feedback survey

After the auction ends, the buyer will receive a feedback survey by email, which is the easiest way to give feedback. 

The feedback survey is sent 12 days after the transaction, so that items being delivered have time to arrive before this. The feedback form is open for three weeks from the time the message is sent.

Feedback left by the buyer is publicly visible in the publisher’s information (the bidder’s details are not shown, only their rating). You can browse feedback by publisher.
