This guide explains how a user can update their information.
You can easily update your personal information when logged in via the My Page. In the browser, the Log In button is found at the top right, on mobile at the bottom of the page. It is important to keep your contact information up to date for communication related to auctions.
In this article, you will find instructions for updating the following information:
1. Phone number and home address
You can update the phone number and home address linked to your user account here. Edit the information and press "Save information".
The home address you provide will by default be used as the delivery address for packages you purchase, but you can always change the delivery address during payment.
2. Email address
You can update your email address, which serves as your username, by going to User Account from the My Page.
3. Password
You can change the password required for logging in from User Account on the My Page by clicking "Change password".
4. Your name
If your name has changed, log in to the service by authenticating with your online banking credentials (not with a mobile certificate). If you are already logged in, log out and use Log in with authentication.
