- The item may not be sold through any other channel while the auction is ongoing.
- The item listing must be filled out as accurately and honestly as possible, and all information known to the seller at the time of sale (especially faults and defects) must be included.
- The publisher must be reachable by phone and/or email while the auction is ongoing.
- Offers may not be accepted outside of the auction; all offers must be directed to Huutokaupat.com.
- It is the publisher's responsibility to ensure that their close associates do not bid on their items without the intention to purchase. The seller cannot and absolutely must not bid on their own items.
- If the publisher has reserved the right to accept or reject the highest bid, the acceptance or rejection of the bid will be announced within two (2) business days after the auction ends. After this period, an accepted highest bid is no longer binding for the bidder.
- If the publisher sells the item as a "Sold to the highest bidder" item, they commit to selling and delivering the item to the person who made the highest bid.
- When creating a listing, the publisher may, if desired, set a reserve price for the item. If the reserve price is met during the auction, the item will be updated to "Sold to the highest bidder." If the reserve price is not met, the publisher will decide after the auction ends whether to accept the highest bid or not.
