The application requires a Finnish business ID (y-tunnus), a bank account, and company registration. The application must be submitted by a responsible person. Notification of the approval of the seller account will be sent via email.

✅ What are the criteria for a business seller on Huutokaupat.com?
The company must meet the following conditions:
- The business is active
- Financial matters are in order
- A Finnish business ID and bank account are available
- The company is registered in a public register (e.g., trade register, VAT register, or prepayment register)
- Company information can be verified through the asiakastieto.fi service
✅ How do I fill out the seller application?
- Seller rights are always added to personal user accounts; separate usernames are not needed.
- Log in with your credentials and complete the seller application via My Page → Companies → Apply for selling rights for the company.
- Please note:
- Enter the business ID in the format 1234567-8
- The application must be submitted by the company’s responsible person
- Processing time is usually 1–2 business days
- You will receive notification of approval or rejection by email. Please check your spam and promotions folders if necessary
- Bank account information will be requested only after publishing your first listing.
