When can I pick up the item?

This article explains when the bidder can pick up the item they have won.

 

The bidder can arrange a pick-up time together with the listing company or the client after the bidder has received a payment confirmation (receipt and sales contract) from Huutokaupat.com, or in User-to-User transactions, after making the payment according to the payment details provided by the seller. 

After payment, the bidder will receive pick-up instructions by email. If the item was purchased from a Consumer Auction, the exact location of the item can be obtained from the client. You can also conveniently get the pick-up instructions from our chatbot 24/7. Log in to our service with the credentials you used to place the bid. Then open the chat and request the pick-up instructions with the item number, and our bot will find them for you.
