This guide explains how the buyer can find out when the item will be delivered.
Delivery times vary depending on the item.
You can confirm the shipping schedule from the item's listing and/or the seller.
If you have ordered transportation for an item you won in the Work Machines and Heavy Equipment category through Kosken Autokeskus transport service, you must arrange the schedule directly with the transport service.
The item must be paid for before the seller can send it to the buyer
Confirmation of successful payment will be sent by email from Huutokaupat.com to both the buyer and the seller. If it is a User-to-user auction, the seller can hand over the item after receiving payment from the buyer and marking the item as paid on the Huutokaupat.com website.
Please note that the item cannot be handed over based only on a receipt; the item must be shown as paid on the Huutokaupat.com website before it is handed over.
The buyer will receive updates on the delivery status by email
When the seller marks the item as shipped, the buyer will be notified by email. If the seller saves a tracking number for the shipment in the Huutokaupat.com service, it will be sent to the buyer through the service.
